How to Sign In


  1. Go to your desired site.
  2. Click on ‘Sign In’ at the top right corner.
  3. Enter your sign-in details to access your account.

What to do when you can’t sign in to your account Powered by Tengiva

 

1.   Clear browser cookies
      • Go to your browser settings.
      • Find the option to clear cookies or browsing data.
      • Clear cookies, then restart your browser and try signing in again.

2.    Check sign-in credentials
      • Use the correct email linked to your Tengiva account.
      • Passwords are case-sensitive; ensure Caps Lock is off.
      • Double-check for common character mistakes (e.g., "l" vs. "1", "O" vs. "0").

3.    Reset password
      • Click "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page.
      • Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

4.    Other tips
    • Try a different browser or device.
    • Disable any browser extensions that might interfere.
    • Make sure your browser is up to date.
