Using shipping carrier APIs

Register on the DHL Developer Portal
- Go to the DHL Developer Portal.
- Create an account by filling out the required fields. If you are already registered, log in using the button at the top right corner.
2. Account verification
- Once registered, DHL will send an email to verify your account.
- Click the verification link in the email to activate your account and set up your password.
3. Request access to DHL Express - MyDHL API
- After verification, log in to the DHL Developer Portal.
- Navigate to the DHL Express - MyDHL API page and click the ‘Get Access’ button at the top right corner to request access.
4. Approval and access credentials
- Once the DHL team reviews and approves your request, you will receive a confirmation email.
- To access your API credentials, click the link in the email or log in to the User Dashboard at the top right corner of the portal. You will find your credentials under DHL Express - MyDHL API - DHL Express - CA in the 'Apps' section.
