      Entering your product inventory and prices

      Navigate to Manage > Product Database, then click on the product you want to edit.

      Setting up your inventory

      1. While on the product page, navigate to the Inventory tab.
      2. Select a warehouse or add a new one if needed.
      3. Enter inventory in meters and optional storage details (e.g., row location).

      Setting up your prices

      1. While on the product page, navigate to the Pricing tab.
      2. Enter the Production cost and Default minimum price under the Product fabric summary (parent group).
      3. For each Child product (specific color), the system will assume the minimum cost by default.
      4. Under Prices, input the production cost and default minimum price. The system will calculate prices based on location and volume according to your pricing rules (see Pricing and sales tax article for more details).
