Setting up your loyalty program strategy

Design your loyalty program around annual transaction volumes with customized service fee discounts for different tiers. Here’s a template to get started:

Setting up your loyalty program in the system

 

 

Navigate to Commerce > Loyalty program

 

  1. Set the annual transaction volumes in USD for each tier and the applicable percentage fee.
  2. Customize discounts on the total service fee, ensuring the minimum is 6%.
