How sales rep can leverage the production orders during trade show or in-person meeting?
From a quote to a production order
Navigate to Commerce > Production requests & quotes
Here, you will see a list of all quote and production requests. To view more details, click on any request to see the single order details.
- On the quote page:
- You will see all the details of the client’s quote request, including documents attached to it.
- You can approve the quote or send messages to the client directly through the platform.
- You can edit the production request (e.g., the products listed) or remove products from the quote if necessary.
- Turning a quote into a production order:
- Once the quote is approved, the system will notify you within the quote page that it’s ready to be converted into a production order.
- You must simply click on “Create production order” button on the top right of the quote page.
- After conversion, the production order page will show all the necessary information for preparing and shipping the orders.
Note: Payments for production orders are not processed through Tengiva

- Display quotes in real-time: Review and present quotes with clients on the spot during trade shows or meetings.
- Make live adjustments: Easily adjust product details, quantities, or pricing based on client feedback.
- Follow-up with quotes: After the meeting, clients can instantly access the finalized quote when they return to the office for final approvals.
- Convert to production order: Once the client approves the quote, you can immediately convert it into a production order, ensuring quick and seamless sales process.
