Navigate to Commerce > Clients to view your full list of clients
Steps to manage and edit client information:
- Edit client details
On the individual client page, you can:
- Adjust the price tiers clients belong to.
- Update the main contact information.
- View the number of orders and their total value.
Click on a specific client to view their full profile, which includes:
- Address and contact details.
- Options to assign them to a loyalty program.
- Pricing agreements for specific products.
- A complete order history.
To message a client directly, click the ‘Contact Representative’ button located in the top-right corner of their profile.
