Warehouse and facilities

Warehouses and facilities are crucial for managing your inventory and storage. They represent the main locations where your products are stored, whether it's a physical warehouse or any other facility used for inventory management.

Navigate to My business > Warehouse & facilities


Adding a new location and managing storage levels

  1. Click on the top right and select "Add new location."

  2. Fill in the location information for your new facility.
  3. Input your storage levels. You can organize by rows, racks, or cases. Please ensure you have at least one type of storage – you can add up to five.
  4. Add a contact person. If they are already in the system, simply type their name, and their contact info will auto-fill.
  5. Once the facility is added, it will appear on the main page. To set it as your primary location, click on the three dots next to "Edit" and select "Set as primary".
