Reviewing and activating your products

To activate the visibility of your products, you must follow a couple of steps. Here’s a quick step guide to review and activate your products.

Finding products ready for review and activation

Once your products have been digitized, you will find them within your Manage > Product database. 

When you click on the “Pending review” tab, you will see all of your products that are ready for review and activation. 

 

Once you click “review”, you will be sent to the single product page. 

These are the steps to review and activate your product:

  • Establish pricing rules: This is the first thing step.  Establish the price rules by area, volume, and warehouse location. This is the only part of the process outside of the individual product page. It must be done before setting the price per product. 

To get here: Manage > Pricing rules

  • Pricing: Set the correct pricing and pricing rules.  

To get here: Manage > Product Database > Select product > Pricing. 

  • Inventory Update: Verify and update your inventory to reflect accurate stock levels. 

To get here: Manage > Product Database > Select product > Pricing.

  • Product Activation: After the first two steps, click the Publish button to activate products to make them available.
