Adding your public contact
Navigate to My Business > Public Contact
- Contact person details: You can choose either:
- A member of your team by searching their name within the system.
- Add someone external if needed.
- This contact will serve as your company’s public point of reference, ensuring clients know exactly who to reach out to for inquiries.
