Adding your company's shipping addresses

For business accounts

Saving your company’s shipping address ensures your account information is complete for the checkout process.

Note: To place a production order or complete any checkout, you must provide both a billing address and a shipping address. Make sure both are added and up to date in your account.

  1. Go to My Account in the top right corner of the page.

  2. From the dropdown menu, click My Admin.






  3. On the left side menu, click on “My business” > “Shipping addresses”.

  4. Click on the “Add Shipping Address” button (top right).




  5. A pop-up window will appear where you can enter your shipping details.

  6. You can:


    • Set this as your default shipping address so it auto-fills at checkout.

    • Choose to also use this address as your billing address for receipts and invoices.

    • Add multiple addresses and select between them as needed during checkout.


For individual accounts

You’ll be asked to enter and save your address during checkout
