To help you launch your textile products online, this article guides you through the onboarding process step by step. These are the same steps you’ll receive via email when you begin, and you can refer to this article anytime to stay on track.

Tip: Keep this article as a personal checklist to know where you’re at and what’s next.


Step 1: Set up your account


What you need to do


Send the following information to your account representative:


Full name of the first super administrator (the person who will first access the system on behalf of the company)


Corporate email of the first super administrator


Full legal name of the company



Billing address - Head Office


  • Phone: + country prefix

  • Street address

  • Postal Code

  • City

  • State

  • Country


Shipping address - The main warehouse from which you will ship the textiles.



Step 2: Ship your textiles to be digitized


🚚 Important: Step 3 (Design Your Store and Access) will only be available once you send your first sample batch. You cannot proceed until this is done.

  1. Select the textiles you wish to digitize based on the number of SKUs included in your package (1 color version = 1 SKU).


  2. Download and complete this form (click here to download the file), and send the completed form as a reply to this email. Use 1 line for each SKU,


  3. Ship 2 linear meters of each SKU listed in the form. Click here for sample preparation and shipment instructions.
