The team cuts fabric samples for both photography and swatch storage
Photography samples proceed to the next stage, while swatches are stored under controlled conditions (temperature, humidity, and contamination-free).
3. Photography and digitalization
Our photographers receive one of each sample to digitize your products. For large patterns, a full meter is needed to capture the entire design. Multiple high-quality images are taken, which are then reviewed and sent to the product expert.
The product expert receives the information package, swatches, and images. They analyze various aspects, such as colorimetry, yarn count, weight, and construction. If care instructions are missing, our expert will suggest recommendations based on the material and finish.
5. Upload and approval
After analysis, the information and images are uploaded to the platform. The final product details are sent to you for approval before being made available to buyers on the platform.
Tengiva will process the digitization of your products within 2 weeks of reception.
Step 2 : Review and Activation
After the products have been digitized, you will receive an email from your account manager with instructions to complete the final steps.
