Changing your email and/or password

How to change your information

You can change your account’s email, name, or password at any time.

Navigate to “My account” in the top right corner once you’re connected to your account.



Update your email or name

  1. Select “My Details” from the dropdown menu.

  2. Edit your email or name as needed.

  3. Click “Save” to confirm the changes.


How to change your password

  1. Go to the “Password” tab (next to My Details).

  2. Enter your current password.

  3. Enter your new password and confirm it.

  4. Click “Save.”


Make sure your new password is secure and easy for you to remember.


How to reset your password if you forgot it

1. Sign Out:

- Click the top right corner of your screen.

- Select “Sign out” from the drop-down menu.

2. Reset Your Password:

- You’ll be taken to the sign-in page.

- Click on “Forgot your password?

- Enter your email address to receive reset instructions.



When you click on the “Remember me” checkbox, your computer will automatically save your login information and keep you signed in. This way, you won’t have to input your sign-in credentials every time.
