This fee only applies when Tengiva processes the payment (checkout) for you.
In-Stock Orders: 5% processing fee (paid by buyer), we handle the payment
Production Quotes: No processing fee, you handle the payment.
For all transactions: You set your price to $10/meter → You receive $10/meter
The Processing fee works for you
1 of the 5% goes to the Global Textile Community, which includes the Affiliate program that helps your sales efforts behind the scenes at no extra cost.
For the rest: 1% For servers, automated logistics, maintenance and 3% Goes to credit cards and payment processors (Yeah... we know).

How much work is this, really?
Your part: Prepare and ship 1-meter samples to Tengiva + fill out a simple 5-question intake form with basic product info. Our part: Professional photography, data structuring, system setup, and training. Timeline: 2 weeks from the day we receive your samples. Ongoing effort: Minimal for the platform itself, update prices or inventory when they change (just like updating a spreadsheet). Everything else (servers, security, payments, shipping) runs automatically. The real work is in your sales process: Sales don't exist organically at the beginning. Your team needs to integrate Tengiva into your day-to-day sales and marketing, inform your clients you're using it, share product links during conversations, include it in your email signatures, and use it at trade shows. The platform makes selling easier, but your team still drives the sales.
