Setting up your logo and favicon

Navigate to Commerce > My digital showroom design > Logo tab

You’ll find 3 tabs to help personalize your store:

Best practices for uploading your branding

Logo:

Upload your logo:

  • Horizontal layout is recommended.

  • Optimal dimensions: 500px width x 48px height.

  • Max size: 500KB.

  • File types: SVG or transparent PNG (JPG with a white background is also supported).


Favicon:

  • Upload your favicon:


    • A square layout is recommended.

    • Optimal dimensions: 100px x 100px.

    • Max size: 500KB.

    • File types: SVG or transparent PNG (JPG with a white background is also supported).



Setting up your main banner and top title

Navigate to Commerce > My digital showroom design > Logo tab

In this section, you can:

  • Set the main showroom title.

  • Upload a background image for your showroom's header banner. (drag-and-drop or upload from your device)


Recommended banner settings:

  • Dimensions: 2880px (width) x 800px (height)

  • Maximum size: 1MB

  • File format: JPG (recommended)


Why can’t I see the showroom design settings?

The showroom design settings are not included in the basic version of the Digital Supply Chain System, or you may have gained access to the technology through a marketplace or a partner package. Access to these settings is an additional cost of $3 per SKU.
