You’ll find 3 tabs to help personalize your store:
Tab | What you can customize |
Showroom details | Logo, favicon, and showroom description |
Contact details | Public address, contact email, and social media links |
Header banner (Home page design) | Header banner, home page title, and optional section titles |
Best practices for uploading your branding
Logo:
Upload your logo:
Horizontal layout is recommended.
Optimal dimensions: 500px width x 48px height.
Max size: 500KB.
File types: SVG or transparent PNG (JPG with a white background is also supported).
Favicon:
Upload your favicon:
A square layout is recommended.
Optimal dimensions: 100px x 100px.
Max size: 500KB.
File types: SVG or transparent PNG (JPG with a white background is also supported).
Setting up your main banner and top title
Navigate to Commerce > My digital showroom design > Logo tab |

In this section, you can:
Set the main showroom title.
Upload a background image for your showroom's header banner. (drag-and-drop or upload from your device)
Recommended banner settings:
Dimensions: 2880px (width) x 800px (height)
Maximum size: 1MB
File format: JPG (recommended)
Why can’t I see the showroom design settings?
The showroom design settings are not included in the basic version of the Digital Supply Chain System, or you may have gained access to the technology through a marketplace or a partner package. Access to these settings is an additional cost of $3 per SKU.
