Why your notifications matter


Enabling notifications ensures you’re immediately aware of important actions in your account. Whether it’s a buyer placing an order, requesting a quote, or updating production details, you’ll be in the loop.


How to manage your notifications


  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click on "My account" in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select “My Details”.

  4. Go to the “Notifications” tab.


Here, you’ll be able to choose what alerts you want to receive.


You can activate alerts for:


  • New Order: Get notified the moment a buyer places an order.

  • New Production Order Request: Know when a buyer requests production of a quoted product.

  • New Quote: Be alerted when a buyer asks for a price quote.

  • Product and Order Updates: Stay informed of any changes or updates to ongoing processes.
