Understanding the Supplier Journey

  • What it costs (minimum 50 SKUs at $32 each = $1,600 to start)

  • What they save (5% discount as your referral)

  • How long it takes (varies, but typically 2-4 weeks after materials sent)

What you don't need to know:

  • Technical details of photography process

  • Exact platform backend operations

  • How to upload SKUs (Tengiva handles this)

Your job: Create awareness, explain value, share link. Tengiva handles the rest.

After First Purchase (12-Month Window)

Suppliers often expand gradually:

Month 1: Start with 50 SKUs (minimum)
Month 3: Add 100 more SKUs as they see results
Month 6: Add another 150 SKUs
Month 9: Add final 200 SKUs

You earn 5% on ALL of these purchases for 12 months from first purchase.

Your role: Stay in touch, encourage expansion, celebrate milestones, maintain relationship.
