Three ways to source textiles
When shopping on a platform powered by Tengiva, you can place three types of orders. Each is suited to a different stage in your sourcing process:

Inventory orders | Order fabric from the supplier’s available stock. These are ready to ship. | The supplier ships directly |

Understanding the types of orders in detail
Sample swatch orders
Swatches help you make informed decisions by letting you feel and see the fabric before committing to larger orders.

Each swatch is cut from verified inventory.

Inventory (stock) orders
These are standard orders placed from a supplier’s available stock. Ideal for sourcing products with short timelines or frequent use.
Quantities and pricing are visible on the product page.
You buy what’s ready to ship.
The supplier handles fulfillment and delivery.

Production orders
If a product isn’t in stock but available for manufacturing, you can submit a production request.
You'll see “Request Production Quote” on the product page.
You can send a quote request with the desired quantity, delivery timelines, and notes.
The supplier will respond with pricing and details.
Once approved, the order is placed, and production begins.
