The digitization process
Organizing samples and information
Our specialists begin by verifying the grams per square meter (GSM) and fabric width, ensuring each product matches its corresponding ID form.
2. Preparing samples for photography and swatch service
Photography samples proceed to the next stage, while sample swatches are stored under controlled conditions (temperature, humidity, and contamination-free).

3. Photography and digitalization
Our photographers use professional equipment to capture multiple high-quality images of your textile. For large or complex patterns, up to a full meter may be used to ensure full visual coverage. These images are carefully reviewed before proceeding to the product expert.

4. Product analysis
The product expert analyzes various aspects, such as yarn count, weight, and construction. If care instructions are missing, our expert will suggest recommendations based on the material and finish.
5. Upload and final review
After analysis, the information and images are uploaded to the platform so you can review and approve them.
Tengiva will process the digitization of your products within 2 weeks of reception.

Final step - What you need to do
After we digitize your products, you will receive an email from your account manager with instructions on how to complete the final steps.
