Return Policy for Buyers

All sales are final. Like personal-use items, textiles can’t be returned once purchased.

If you're unsure about committing to the 5-meter minimum, we recommend ordering a sample swatch first from the product page. This helps ensure the textile meets your expectations in terms of texture, color, and quality.



When are returns or refunds accepted?

Refunds or replacements are only offered if the product you receive does not match your order.

Meaning, you received a completely different item than what you ordered.

Only in these cases will we either issue a refund or work with the supplier to get you the correct textile.*

*The resolution will be determined based on the specifics of the case.


How to report an issue

If something isn’t right with your order, please email help@tengiva.com and include:

  • Your original purchase information (you can simply forward the order confirmation email)

  • A clear photo of what you received

  • A brief explanation of the issue
