Order statuses
Each order placed on the platform will have different statuses that track its progress.
Below is a breakdown of what each status means:
Order status | Description |
New | The order has just been placed and registered in the system. |
Processing | The supplier is reviewing the order, and the system is validating the details. |
Pending | The order requires attention. This typically applies to production orders when updates or changes are needed before moving forward (e.g., timeline adjustments, material availability, or custom requests). |
Shipped | The order has been shipped by the supplier. You’ll have a tracking number available on your order page at this stage. |
Delivered | The order has been received at your specified delivery address. |
Cancelled | The order was cancelled, either by you or the supplier. |
