How It Works
8+ weeks before — Submit your event details and pay your deposit. Receive your sales kit and start selling placements immediately.
3 weeks before — Hard cutoff for suppliers to ship 1 linear meter of each textile to Tengiva. We cut and process as soon as we receive them.
1 week before — Hard cutoff for product activation. Tengiva delivers your QR codes, ready to print and place.
Day of the show — Everything is live. Final invoice issued based on quantity used.
6 months after — Your digital trend space remains live, driving visibility and connections for your suppliers.

1 - You will be brought to a secure link to pay the $2,500 USD Deposit, Refundable within 48 hours of payment* (Multiple payments options available)
2 - Upon payment completion, you will be redirected to a unique page guiding you on the next steps. In parallel, our team will initiate the configuration of your account and schedule your on-boarding call.
